Game Night (02/19/12, 9pm Eastern)

Don’t forget that Sunday is game night.

I still need character descriptions, for use on the Roster page, from some of you.

The current level of XP, for those who have been with the game since the beginning is now 32,525 + 12,485 = 45,010

In last week’s session (02/12/12) the party remained within the shelter of the zaratan cove as darkness fell atop the Solnor Ocean. The shallow waters were illuminated with an eerie luminescence, for stalactites above were dotted with green glowing lichen and the polyps growing in the shallows lit the waters with hues of blue.

Sharing the safety afforded by the gargantuan shell, the hagshead eel slowly circled. The composite creature, formed from ninety-nine shrunken hags’ heads coupled with the tsantsa known as Meir, seemed listless and lethargic.

In the center of the cove, a large zebra shark circled the recently-discovered corpse clad in gray.

As Dorman searched for a suitable site to camp for the night, NeeKaa noticed something familiar about the ivory-hue tsantsa which had not bonded with the hagshead eel. His attention drawn to treasures unearthed in a cluster of seaweed and driftwood, the lizardman did not see the oceanid’s expression, as she discerned the identity of the shrunken head.

The newly discovered baubles; an ornate chest filled with metal coins, a peg leg, a necklace of cowry shells, and a trident seemed insignificant compared to the realization that Lusca the Bloodless had been plucked from the region of dreams, transformed into an unliving shrunken head, and made the unwitting pawn of whomever had grafted a hags eye talisman upon her forehead.

In a sheltered corner of the cove, Noi watched as the orange-hued fish pearl he had discovered within the lair of the krampus quivered, rolled, and grew. The translucent spiral-shaped egg case housed a minuscule creature within.

Gathering together, the party reflected upon the events which had transpired. Phreb noted that jellyfolk kin remained safe within the crystal sphere. Sakura found that her father, recently released from a mirrored prison, had taken to exploring the extra-dimensional spaces of D’naeli’s Stairwell.

As the party slipped into slumber, Dorman watched over the salt hag and lizardfolk infants. Within their communal dreamscape, now fashioned in the form of a tide pool, the party noted two newcomers; an ebon-hued horse conch and a ivory-colored sea squirt.

The conch crawled towards NeeKaa and NeeKaa and expelled a large irregularly shaped pearl of lavender hue. The sea squirt writhed, grew tentacles, and sprouted a singular bulbous eye.

“We see you!” the octopus shrieked “She knows! She knows! Diadema will have this realm!”

Acting with haste the ehyra Phreb, now clad in his avatar’s form of a hydroid, attacked the tentacled sea squirt. As the creature was dispatched, the party awakened.
